Is there a sure way to improve GPRS speed?

Thanks for those responses i got from all my friends here in my previous discussion. I have much better idea about good gprs phones now. But if i don't want to change my phone now and want to improve gprs speed of my present phone i.e SE K320i, then anyone here knows "How can i improve its connectivity speed? Is there any software or tool available on web for that improvement?" Every response will be welcomed with appreciation.
