do u have a good sleep or u take pills or there is some method u use to sleep at night.

I have one of those aroma therapy humidifires in my room which helps calm me to sleep.

yes i have totally good sleep. the moment my head touches the pillow i forget everything and get into deep sleep.and i wake up only after a long time. even if anything happens around i dont realise it while sleeping.
