Critics on Apocalypto

This film which perhaps is fantastic, has been described to be very raw. do you think uts right for the censorship of countries such as Italy have decided not to censor it at least for kids under 14.

I let my 15 yr old see it and he thought it was just remarkable, he said it was one of the best movies he's ever seen, and it wasn't necessarily because of the gory scenes either. He just enjoyed the whole movie and wanted to see it again. I think countries differ with their opinion on what they feel is an approriate age to rate movies, but in my opinion it's the parents' responsibility to make that decision for their child.
