Do you aspire to be in a supervisory level? Many office job aspire for a promotion. Yet after a few years you are given a early retirement. Many banks hire new graduates. The older employees are retired like a piece of old furniture. Do you think that is fair? How can an employee remain at work up to his retirement age?
