Could someone tell me the YEAR that George Wallis made his Segregation Speech?

I know it was the early 60's and my memory also fails me as to which University that speech was made at. He gave this speech when he tried to block the path of 2 African American students that were registered there

Hi Ally, I believe that was June 11, 1963 at the University of Alabama. I found one reference for you if you are interested. It actually contains the speech. Hope this helps!
