You can not make poor people rich by using Magic wand, over Night! First of all we need to look into the matter as to why the poorer section remain poor and while the richer section gets more rich.It would be a meaningless and absudity to say that pooe people are exploited by the rich etc> The basic reason is illiteracy> When Government is providing basic education to one and all , poor people should participate in the programme and they should encourage their children to learn and become educated. An educated poor Child may be a boy or a girl will be responsible for putting a full stop to the poverty which was handed over to him from geneartion to generation, as he/she would definitely educate their children and this process will continue. Basically literacy and educating the poor is the only way of helping the poor people to become rich! It is because of illiteracy these people don't know anything , don't even have common knowledge, they are unaware of their basic rights, they are being fooled by many people because of their illiteracy and they are entrapped in the blind faith and superstitions which has been handed over by their ancestors from generation to generation! So, in order to improve their condition what basically they need is basic literacy and then they will find the path towards the success all by themselves!
