Hey - ducks make good workers, too! *laugh* (Duck helps out at newspaper stand)

Now this is truly one of the cutest animal news stories I've run across yet. Apparently, a Chinese newspaper vendor is drawing customers to his newsstand by using his pet duck as his assistant! *laugh* The duck actually has his own chair at the kiosk, and uses his beak to not only collect money, but to pass magazines and papers to the customers!! I would love to buy a newspaper from that stand, how about you? That's really funny and ducks are really cute an lovable .. just thinking isn't bird-flue epidemic scaring anyone away from this duck-stand . lol

thats funny and really cute. funny that he wakes his owner up every time he dozes off on the job. i love ducks, would be cool to have a helpful pet duck.

That is a really cute story I wouldn't think he would have time to doze off myself I would think the would bring in lots of customers. That is a really cute idea and yes I would love to buy news papers from him. I also think the duck should have his own fan club. :)

That is so cute, I bet the guy does a really good business. Maybe I can borrow my sisters duck and train him. Here is a picture of Howie the duck.

I never would have thought that a duck could be trained to work a newspaper stand! And here that woman in your other discussion didn't want to do anything! What is this duck working for? Bread scrapes? LOL I certainly would buy a paper from that newstand!!!
