One of the millions of break up lines people use when they want "out". This was even used by one of my friends ex when he broke up with her (...but then we found out later on that he was seeing someone else. duh.)
Would you accept it if someone tells you that? What other break up lines have you heard?

Oh man I hate that line." The one I hate even more is when they push you away and then come back and say "well I just got scared..." Scared of what? Do I have fleas or something? Oy vey.

Oh dude, that's happened. This one girl used that lame "I got scared line" when in reality she really wanted to be this other guy--and when he rejected her she came crawling back. I used the Avada Kedavra on her. Unfortunately my wand was faulty, so it didn't work. Darn it.

haha! yeah... that's pretty bad. Darn, probably it would be worse if you found out that she came back only because she got dumped by someone else. *nyarrrr*

My ex have use that line to me - it's annoying but true. I'm glad we didn't end up together and I believe that I'm better with someone else.
Here's another break up line "You know, your not the only who's experiencing that. It's normal, it makes you human just let it out. Cry until there's no tears coming down from your eyes."

I guess things happen for a reason. At least you were able to realize that you were better off without that person. =) Thanks for sharing.

hey, i've been on that situation several times me ex girlfriend said that, and vice versa.
hmm ... 50% of the time when i said those words is because i feel guilty, not worthy for her, and lack of confident on continuing the relationship with her for she's so amazing, and truly deserves better guy than me.
while 50% other is just that i don't want to put her down, i want her to be able starting a new and better relationship with other guy. Simply just because i still cares about her, cares about her feeling, but since i can't continued the relationship, that words is often be my option to give her convident, and to put me on bad side.

That's very honest of you to say that. At least at some point you really meant it. I guess it's true that some say that because they do not want to hurt the feelings of their partner or that they feel that they are not worthy... I hope that those who do not mean it would be honest enough to tell a person why right? =)

Lol , This line is the famous line in the world ;)
And it start looking like tradition , You can't break up without saying it , However i am not girl , so no one said to me (HOW LUCKY I AM)
Well people can give too many excuses to break up , and many people don't like to say the truth maybe because of they dont like to hurt someone else felling , so its better to you use it with sensitive people
That's what i though even saying the truth is better :)

I know... it's probably a tradition now. (lol) but I guess, if some people feel that way, then I guess we'll just have to believe in it. _

I dont agree with it. I mean instead of saying that, he should have just said that he doesnt want to be with me anymore. He couldnt possibly knows what is better for me than myself right?
Anyways, no one has tell me that though, it is usually me breaking up with the guys, and I usually tell the truth, which is I dont think I can be with him anymore, I dont have anymore feelings for you, I dont think we can work it out and have a future together.

That's true... I just felt that it was unfair for my friend to have to hear that. I felt it was a lame excuse to cover up his motives... Although I have to say, in reality, there are guys out there who are really sincere when they say that to a girl.
