aerators for swimming pool water treatment

we have a swimming pool in our flat complex.there is no aerator presently installed.we have ocserved that cascading type aerators are part of the swimming pools in some of the installations.will this of any help in improving the system and aid the disinfection process?

I really don't know. I suggest calling your local pool company. This is a question they could answer and they would also be able to tell you what you would need to buy and install.
