Who likes to play badminton?

Hey..i love badminton..and am a state level player!! Awesome game..

I like to play badminton. I like the challenge in this sport. However, I don't like to do it the proper way. There is what they call the street badminton where you just play it the way you like it. There are no techniques involved. THere is also what they call the footwork. I mean you need to learn some foot works to play it well. I don't enjoy that kind of badminton. I just play it for fun and perspire.

I like to play badminton it keeps you healthy and fun specially when you played with your friends. it is good for our heart.

i love playing badminton! although i've been in a hiatus for a year now because i got pregnant and recently gave birth. but my doctor gave the ok a few weeks back and i can't wait to start playing again! i've gain a lot of pounds and playing will definitely help to lose them!

playing badminton is really a fun game. one way to get rid of stress. this game also gives you time to bond with your friends and relatives..and even officemates. really promote a healthy life balance for players.

i play regularly once a week. before i play, i need to exercise my body first. whether going to the gym or warming up first. if not, my reactions wouldn't be as fast as if i warm up before. it's recommended to do that first before engaging your opponent
