I started taking them last week after I read about the benefits of the oil. Namingly that it keeps you regular, helps digestion, provides omega-3 and vitamins A & D. I'm just wondering if one a day is too much, considering I started to have a lot of gas etc...? Should I stop?

If your diet is adequate, these will not benefit you; however, vitamin D in excess can cause blindness, and vitamin A can also be toxic (poisonous) especially to the liver. The chance of you taking enough of either to cause harm is extremely low if you are taking just one or two caps a day, but the chance of them doing you any good is equally low! Save you money, eat well and get plenty of sun.

I drank the natural Cod Liver OIL liquids, and that tasted awful, the capsule has no taste really. Do not stop taking the capsules I would continue taking them. You can take Papaya Enzymes tablets, let them disolve in your mouth,do not chew them. take 3 after each meal. Very good for indigestion.
