How do I rate the best responses?

I am quite new here in mylot, and there are several instances when I wanted to rate a response I got as the best one, unfortunately I don't know how? Can anyone help me out? Please...

So far, I just rated three responses. First, not very many people respond to my discussion. Second, the number of discussion entries I posted is less than ten. And all the time I was busy reponding to the entries from other members, so I have little time to check on the responses to my own entries and rate them accordingly.
