| |  Do-It-Yourself!!! Whether you think you can or cant jus jump into the task at hand. Hands on experience is the best teacher. Even if you dont have the know-how and mess things up, just remembeer that the job is half done for the contractor, (considering its easier to start from scratch than modify most projects. Chances are if you cant do the project than you probably cant screw things up bad enough that it'll cost you more.

| |  I say do it yourself. I do not use subcon unless it is very necessary. I know how to renovate my home as I usually do. Luckily, I have a daughter who is into interior design and is my critic whenever I renovate our house. She is a great help around.
