I want a nice program to help me build a profesional look website for my domain i need a friendy program and profesional i dont have knolage of html css and suff like that can anyone recomend any software?

Macromedia Dreamweaver - Macromedia Dreamweaver - a webdesigning tool
Try to work with Macromedia Dreamweaver,it has a nice interface (an easy menu), it's intuitive and you'll learn more by keep working, starting from the basics. You can see both graphic and code design, the output can be in various formats (htm, asp, etc) - it's a great tool for learning webdesign in a professional way.
