The collapse of communism in Eastern & Central European 15 years ago brought vast & positive changes .But in 2006,after than a decade of stirving for acceptance from the west ,the moral and political vaccum left by communism was fully exposed .Can a new balance between the democractic ethos and the undertows of the regions political history & culture can be found ?
