Epson stylus color 670.  email this discussion to a friend?

I've been using Epson Web-To-page to print the full width of web pages but its stopped working. When I click on the Print "option s" tab the window called "Print frames" is greyed out so I can't select "As laid out on the screen". How can I activate this?
