We both are =) We try to make all decisions together. we both work fulltime and pay the bilsl together so I think that it is pretty equal in or house!

Of course, still the man should be the head of the house. It's in been practiced way back before.

There is no "head" in our house, we are a TEAM!!! We make decisions together, and when there is a conflict, we brainstorm until we can BOTH agree one something. It's never a matter of one person giving in.

yes, we can say that man is the head of the family or in the house as practiced way back before.but i think nowadays is different man and woman have equality in reality.as what man can do woman as well...the practice is now breaking the rule...lol!
