How do you tell someone that he/she is special to you?

What ways can you tell a certain someone he or she is special? How can u start telling someone you like her? Do you write it in emails or choose actions more than words? How do you tell the person you are falling in love with her? How do you express it to them?

not sure but i will see the situation and make her feel so special and gift her few flowers and a cute gift

Flowers always makes us women feel special. :) Strange because I never received one flower in my whole life. Anyway, there are other ways where my partner can show me i am special. My partner sends me text messages now and then telling me he loves me and thinking of me. I also miscall him too nwo and then especially when we are both at work just to say we are thinking of each other and that I have a silly smile on my face because of that. :)

You tell them face to face just how you feel about them. You should feel close enough and comfortable enough to beable to do it that way.
