Loosing your job at your 50's

I had my own business up to recently, but due to the changes that occuried because of the globalization I was forced to close down. Since my childhood, I was trained to work at our family business and I worked hard for many years doing that. I'm now in my 50's and I really find it very hard to start over.

50's is not too late. Many people have put in their best even in their sixties. I suggest u think over on starting a job or business which is similar to your old business. For example, if u can start some distributorship or service which can co exist with your new competitors
