How Materialistic And Artifical Can One Person Be????

I just got through watching several news clips about how much people have spent on themselves in one clip I saw a women who spent 12.5 million dollars to have a bra made of 18K white gold, real diamonds and rubies. How ridiculous is that? That can't be all that comfortable and not to mention what does she plan on doing wandering around only in her bra? Another news clip I saw is a woman who spent 1.6 million dollars on a bikini which was also studded with diamonds, emeralds, and all sorts of fancy expensive stuff. Seriously I could find much better ways to spend that kind of money, than flaunting it around and rubbing it into peoples faces. For the most part I usually ignore, but this practice is becoming more apparent more and more everyday amongst some of the rich folk and it sickens me, especially when that could have been used for something that could help better things.
