i dont wanna be orthodox  

is anyone make u to be? if not , so why are u unhappy , and if yes u can do something ,, u can show it that u r orthodox but dont be ( simple ) good luck and dont worry

Yes! very good decision but some what typical to keep it up. Any how wish you all success. Once I have taken the decision, but failed to keep the things in my control. If you're unmarried keep the word from marriage itself.

I tihnk you are fed up ofseeing or having experienced orthodox family culture. But whatever the older generation used to follow, all those customs have some meaning and they are beneficial in some way which we have to think and find out. even the idol worhips seem to be meaningless, they all bring some sort of happiness and peace to our mind. But, i dont justify that you should follow my response, because everyone should follow that which their minds feel right.
