Good anti-spyware. / myLot

Can someone suggest good anti-spyware that can remove worms also from the pc and can be downloaded free from internet?

I myself use spybot search & destroy, somehow it works for me. Many free utility program can be found at www.oldversion.com and its all free.

try microsoft's windows defender. its a good anti spyware. you can download also avg 7.5, its free.

I prefer spybot search n destroy and yahoo antispyware :-)
