convert pdf to text

I'm blind and i want to convert pdf to text file, pdf which includes images in persian that have to be converted to text to be usefulfor me.

i have a convertor that can convert ur file to text .... but i think that works only for english.... i'm pretty much surprised ur on a sys blind!

use adobe pdf 7.0 or above and save file as text.. simple..
