Now a days people find less or no time to do any kind of physical activity which keeps them healthy, this situation leads to where people are vulnerable to all kind of illness like type-2 diabetes, joint pain, back pain at a very young age. This has very much reduced the life expectancy of modern individual.

I agree to the fact that doing physical activities will definitely increase the life span of the human body. One must always be engaged with some kind of physical exercise, no question, it can be in any way which would increase the life expectany of the modern individual.
