formation 4-2-4 classic can destroy the defensive italy

i was use formation 4-2-4 with 2 wf 1 ss 1 cf, that strategy can destroy the italy or another nations/club defense,but u must have a powerfull 2 centre midfielder that can defense and attack as good as,try this strategy ...?
