Anyone have a Zen MP3 Player? What is a good music downloading site?

I just bought a Creative Zen (I think that is what it is) for my son for his birthday. I decided to get this one for the price. I wanted an IPOD but he will take it to school and I didn't want him losing it. Are these a good brand? What is a good downloading site?
