Any suggestions on where to advertise a legit home based career?

I am looking for people who enjoy helping others. Everytime I go to a place to advertise, it seems as if there are so many scams. I hate to mix in with them. My company is a Better Business Bureau Member, offers 401k, benefits and wants real people. Not get rich quick scheme applicants. Any ideas?
