A very simple and effective method is there. Chew ur food whatever maybe, nicely and finely with out any hurry burry. while u r taking ur food concentrate only on eating, don't chat with others and avoid watching t.v. Don't drink water before and inbetween meals, this will reduce ur digestive fire . After food drink a cup of warm water. With in two weeks u will surely see the changes. All the best.

I should eat meat,also can eat fat.Of course,you still need that eat fruit,vegetable,rice and wheat.
