Children and night lights  | |  My girl who is 8 will not sleep without a night light. The other day, the bulb in hers blew and so she had to sleep with the room light on. I told her if she prefered, i would leave her door open so she knows i am just there. She just would not go to sleep! Every 5 mins she comes out of the room and talks!!! Its so frustrating! How can i get her to sleep or at least stay in the room and attempt to sleep!

| | | | | | 1.  nzinky (439) | 3 years ago |  Hey I'm going on 63 and still have a night light on in my room so I don't fall down and break something.....If the night light makes the girl feel more secure let her have it..I always keep a couple extra ones in my house so if one goes I have a replacement for it....Don't yell at her for being afraid of the dark this will pass in time......
