Will Madonna change the world?  

i myself think madonna is trying to buy her way into heaven.i don't know how old you are,but in madonna's early years she had alot of religious taboo's in her videos and shows,also just recently,perhaps she's wakeing up.it's nice she adopted a baby but why not in her own country,attention i think.the fan was right,he's not paying for her views on the world he's paying for her talent(as a singer)it's like the dixie chicks bashing bush and getting bad press,who cares,i don't care what they think,i like the music,thats what i'm paying for:}

In my opinion she already has changed many lives, her songs have touched our lives, kept us happy, smiling, made us think, she has made enough difference as an artist itself. It is great that she is using her status as an Icon to bring attention to issues that matter to her and let's face it, the voice of a celebrity in such situations do so Much good.

I think it is the responsibility of a celebrity to bring focus to issues that need to be addressed. It not politics it is just an attempt to make the world a better place. Is it really so bad to do what you can and accomplish some good in the process?

of course... if Madonna says she will change the world, then she most definitely will... after all, she isn't a nobody... she is the pop queen whose position every pop singer vyes for, from britney to shakira and jLo... madonna is simply the best...

She won't change the world but she may have an effect on certain people's lives
which can be a good thing.

I've loved her since 1983 and will continue to do so!

I think she has changed alot and is trying to educate people on politics and war. Her having money to do so certainly helps! More power to her since she has the money and the time! I've have listened to her and agree with alot she has to say.

She also got me interested in Kabbalah...which changed my entire world. So - yes she has made me react and she brought more good into my life through her music and Kabbalah!

i think she re-invented herself again and she feels strongly about it. a lot of celebraties use their fame and power to try and make a difference. they know the effect of the things they do. they know fans will see this and hope they will follow their example. i think celebs like that are good for society. it better then sending out the message of unhealthy eating habbits, drug use, and other vulger things some other celebs show us.

Somehow, I doubt that Madonna can change the world. Everything she does is for the publicity, hey! maybe she's got a new single coming out in the near future. Sure, some people (ie, her fans) may listen and think, 'yeah, that's a good point', but are political leaders going to take her seriously? Come on, this is the woman who spent the 80's wearing a cone bra.

I think people in the show biz world have a bigger chance of making a difference than just your regular average joe. Not to say that we all shouldn't try to make a difference and we still can, but they can reach a much wider audience than we can. If she wants to change the world and make it a better place, I say all the power to her!!

Well...Iam not a fan of hers nor of anybody's but If I happen to go to a music show then I would prefer to listen to her sing some of my favourite one's rather than talkin abt politics cauz I don't think she talkin abt it is gonna bring any chane but I truly appreciate the fact that she has adopted a Kid...Kudos Madonna!!!!!!!

I am not a fan of Madonna and so would not listen to what she has to say.
She changes her image so many times I don't think she even knows who she really is.

Wasn't she the Earth Mother a while back with her black hair and stupid songs and the new religion she followed.
Now she's like your mum trying to stay young.
She is just into keeping famous and will do anything to stay up there.

I would prefer her to retire gracefully and keep out of what she has never represented.
Talk about egotistical!!!
