Do you listen to books on tape or CD?

Do you listen to them while working, while playing on the computer, or even while driving? I've never listened to one, and just wondering what peoples opinions are on them :)

I used to work at a job that was mostly data entry. We were allowed to listen to headphones so I listened to many books on tape. I enjoyed listening to them but many of the tapes were abridged so it was not the same as reading the book. I love to read so I felt a little bit cheated when I did not get the whole story.

i have a book on tapes .. i bought the book to read instead. I lost the first tape in the car accident i had so i havent bothered to listen to them .. my parents love those things though. they listen to them before bed every night. its cute.
