What Is Your Favorite Led Zepplin Song?  

stairway to heaven,cos its about the only one i really know,and just knowing it got me a point for answering your post.

I have never listened to Led. Would someone like to inform me of their best songs. And any background information on them as well. THANKS!

Black Dog is my favorite Led Zepplin song. Although I like them all. The reason being it was the first song by Zepplin I learned to play.

I would have to say my favorite Led Zeppelin song is Kashmir. It's been a favorite of mine for a long time.

Kashmir which is a cut off of the Physical Graffiti album is my favorite Led Zepplin song. I got to see them play it live at a concert in Oakland California in the late 70's. It was the best song they played that day. Ever since then it became my favorite Led Zepplin song.

3. Nobody's Fault - IT ROCKS!
4. Kashmir - great, great, great song

White Summer Black Mountain Side is my favourite. well it is without lyrics but Jimmy Page did it so good. I have started a guitar course, and I am decided to make it my first song to start with. It makes me out of mind :)

For many years I lthought Whole Lott aLove was awesome, but then I found out that they stole it from Willie Dixon (Blues player) and it kind of spoilt it for me because they wouldn't credit him with the song until he took them to court. There is a song on Presence that nobody ever mentions - its called Tea for One and Page's playing on it is awesome. I think that is my favourite Zep song today, followed by the usuals, Black Dog, Kashmir, In the Evening, Trampled Underfoot & Nobody's Fault but mine (which apparently also was one of Willie Dixon's)

tuff question for a person like me..who has followed zeppelin since i was 8yrs. old (1968)

i came from the "vinyl" days and recordings did not have the "depth" the have today with cd's or mp3s..

i have to say kashmir is my favorite, in fact i have requested that my daughters play it at my funeral..

one thing to remember, back in the day, zeppelin's music was 2 to 3 years ahed of other artists, so it took a while for some of their tunes to catch hold...

just wach the early videos that are avalable and also watch the mid-career and last but not least the knebbwoth '79 footage and it is very cler that by the end of zeppelin--they were a very professional rock band..
