She cried because I didn't forgive her!

Continuation to my story... I've tried moving on because i told my "bestfriend" that we're no longer bestfriends because she keeps on betraying me...it's hard trying to move on because we've been bestfriends for 6 years.. but then yesterday, she came to my doorstep and asked for forgiveness. she looked so helpless because she was crying when i told her i can't forgive her.. she wanted me to be her bestfriend again.. how could i forgive her? she had betrayed for for at least a bazillion times!! and now she keeps on texting me "i'm sorry" messages.. what should i tell her??? i'm trying to move on her but she keeps on telling me how sorry she is... i feel so bad not forgiving her.. but i can't take it anymore.. =(
