What is your workout like?

Particularly those of you who live in winter/snowy/cold crappy areas? It gets a little hard for me in the winter months to stick with a routine because of my arthritis etc and the fact that I cant be outside but I do have a treadmill and a homegym plus my yoga mat so I do my best but some days my body is in so much damn pain its just not doable....In the summer/warm months though I LOVE to go biking...My goal is to lose wt at this point...I'm already muscular/toned LOL its just hiding under my 2ft layer of winter fat LOL
What do you enjoy and how many days and hours per day do you workout? do you workout to maintain or do you have a goal at this point?

I'm glad that you like workout. You will feel great to keep on workouting. Because I don't have a homegym. I like outdoor sports very much. In summer, sometimes I go swimming with my friends. In winter, I like playing basketball with my friends.
Sometimes I go to the public gym place. There,I usually workout for an hour. If you keep workouting, you will feel great. Have fun!

My workout is: Get up, go to the fridge, get some goodies, walk to the couch, sit and eat. Works my legs/butt(walking/sitting), works my arms (stuffin my mouth). Heehee OHHHHHHHHHHH you mean real workout??? Well let's see although I have a gym membership I haven't gone in ages, but I will start up again. At work (college) I've started going M/W/F during lunch. 10 mintues on the threadmill and then doing the weights then finish up on the ball - which does NOT like me!

I take classes at my local gym. It is fun and I have met lots of nice people there.
