There are so many diet pills out there today. How does one know what will work for them, if at all? Or if the diet pills even work. My parents were always buying diet pills and nothing seemed to work for them. I think eating right and exercizing is the only true way to lose weight. How many different diet pills have you tried and have any of them worked for you? If not, how much money did you spend on pills before you relized it wasnt working for you?

I have tried Orlistat with the brand name Xenical. It is really effective, but it is quite expensive, so I stopped because I can no longer afford it. If we are taking diet pills to reduce our weight, we are expected to be undertaking appropriate exercises to go with it. Also, we are expected to cut on carbohydrates and fatty foods, and increase intake of healthy foods, fibrous vegetables and fruits. No skipping of meals, please. This measure is not included in the routine for weight reduction.

I actually just bought my first bottle of diet pills Friday. They were $40.00 and it is more of a metabolism booster. I need something to give me some energy. I am always feeling tired all the time and don't want to do anything. Plus I just quit smoking earlier this month and I have started gaining some weight so I want to get a hold on it now before it gets too bad. I am going to start the pills on the 1st and my husband is going to start working out with me.
