Replacing Rear Disc Pads Ford Focus Ghia Estate  email this discussion to a friend?

I am having difficulty pushing the pistons back in to allow new brake disc pads to be inserted. Can you advise how to do this. This car has disc brakes all round and the handbrake works the rear disc brake adjusting it auto matically.
