nothing will turn this team around, they have had tons of chances and nothing, they draft a awesome running back with kevin jones, they signed a few O-lineman like Woody and they have Backus, 3 first round WR's and they have produced nothing, 3rd pick QB that did not work out, they need a new GM, Millen should be done and they should get someone in there that knows what they are doing

They've been drafting recievers for so long now, they need a real quarterback! I think they would be fools not to take one of the QB's in the first round of the draft. Maybe Brady Quinn, Jamarcus Russell, Troy Smith, or Brian Brohm, whichever is available but preferrably Quinn or Russell to gun the ball downfield to their receivers.
