We bought a printer from Best Buy a year ago it was an Epson CX4600 it worked great for about 7 months and then it just stoped working after a month of dealing with Epson they finally sent us a new one the CX4800 it was a great printer until a couple of weeks ago it is now doing the same thing the old one was but in order for Epson to help me they want me to pay $10 before anyone will even talk to me. Does anyone know of a place I can take this printer to get it fixed?
