I have seen the movie 300 and it's a good one to watch. The movie is about King Leonidas (Gerard Butler) of Spartans lead his 300 men to fight against the Persians at Thermopylae in 480 B.C. 300 is an absolutely terrific movie. the attitude, the valour the spartans display send a chill down my spine. so much to keep their honour. they challenged and even demured a person who projected himself as god. i think they were bogged down by the wrong priests who just had no respect for these warriors. my personal favorite line in the movie when the king says : SPARTANS NEVER RETREAT!!!!!!!!!!. the greatest sequence when the king as a young lad fights the beast and also , when he kicks the intruder into the well..

I saw the trailers too and I agree it looks awesome. I'm gonna see it ASAP. It seems like an interesting blend of artistic creativity and action. I think it was made by the same director as Sin City, and I think that makes snese because it certainly looks similar.
