Those of you who speak English, or want to be proficient...

If you were to be a parent, or eventually have a child, would you care about how teaching programs use the English language? I am using "Go Diego, Go" as an example because I was watching it with my daughter. I know one thing about this particular show is to teach the Spanish language, however, it also teaches English to Spanish speaking children. Mainly, it is meant to be educational. I was somewhat upset to see them using improper English. Does this concern anyone? If so, tell me your feelings.

I haven't watched Go Diego Go... Sometimes, I watch Dora the explorer with my youngest kid, and so far, I haven't noticed any improper english used... I like the way they pronounce english though... it's clear.

I think learning English through the T.V or VCD or DVD media is very good to get kids easy to remember words and actions better than reading the books. Kids don't like much on reading these days in my country. You have to make sure that only native speakers on that media. The kids will copy every things from their watching through the media.
