How can they hurt you?

Ideally we don't want hurt someone we love, but more often than not, we do hurt them sometime unintentionally other times intentionally. Sometimes we are insensitive to what they feel that we are unaware that we have hurt them. this kind is easily pardonable, as you see, men are often insensitive and at times too confused about our verbal messages that they could hurt us with a wrong word or action unintentionally. But the other kind, like cheating or physical beating or emotional abuse is definitely intentional and not love. People who love doesn't want to hurt their loved one, and definitely not intentionally. I want those I love to be happy, even if I have to sacrifice once in a while. still, no matter what, if you really love and that is returned, the hurt and pain and sorrow that comes with it is worth the price.

people get hurt when they dont get what they expect from other people. it's just as simple as that. that is why it is always a challenge for people to learn to love unconditionally, with the least expectations as possible so that we get hurt less.
