SWEEP or VACUUM: Do you (or anybody at home/wherever you live - hostel, etc)?

During my stay in Australia, we only vacuum. But at hostels, i sweep the floor as no carpets involved.

I sweep the solid floors and vaccume the carpets however I know some people who actually sweep carpets and even mop them too, I also know one person who vill vaccume on both carpet and solid floors

Hahaha..I sometimes vacuum the solid floor too. Too lazy to sweep..

I sweep the hard floors in my house every day (kitchen, deck) and vacuum once a week.

vacuums - different brands of vacuums. Different colors, styles, sizes, and brands.
I sweep my front porch, kitchen, laundry room, and bathrooms. Anywhere there is no carpet. I vacuum all my carpet in the house; livingroom, dining room, bedrooms, and hallways.
