Birth certificate.

Manuel Simao was born on 14th of April 1977 in Luanda, Angola, Africa, during a tragic civil war that only ended 2000. He currently resides in South Africa, as a refugee without status,and is desperately in need of his birth certificate, or a copy of said certificate. Help would really be appreciated.

The only information that I could find was that there is a form required to fill out and return (see link below). When you place and order, it takes 6 months to complete.
