NVU is a great free program that emmulates Front Page: http://www.nvu.com/index.php I've tried it out and it is nice.

Foxit Reader is a replacement for Adobe Acrobat Reader. I haven't tried this but I have heard about it: http://www.foxitsoftware.com/pdf/rd_intro.php

That's about it that I know off hand without doing a bit of looking.
