What do you like about Dosa?

Dosa is one of my favo. food, do you like it too, the different spices of it are great in taste, but i mut welcome your thoughts that what o you like about it, please tell me.

i like dosa very much. it is available here in restaurants and is not available everywhere so i prefer it when i go to any restaurant. it involves many things such as stuffs filled inside, then chutney, and sambhar too. that is a complete food so i like it. have a nice day.
