i do smoke. how many of you do?  

I smoke and started to do this 18 years ago and it was the worst decision I've ever made. I'm now in the process of trying to quit and actually picked up the patch this early a.m.

You should quit while you can. Not only is it so very bad for your health, but think of all the money you save. Put the money you would buy for cigarettes in a jar, and after a month or so, treat yourself to something nice.

I don't smoke. I like my lungs.

im 19, i started smoking when i was 16 and i smoke around 10 to 20 a day, it's bad for me and im trying to quit, oh and i smoke lambert & butler or marlboro! :O)

I don't smoke, never tried it and don't wanna try. It's bad for your health, you should stop smoking as fast as possible.

i am 21 and i have been smoking since i was 19. i smoke 4-5 cigarettes per day and my favorite brand is also marlboro. i smoke because i like to and plus you can meet so many people while smoking that you wouldnt be able to if dont smoke. it is a social habit.

I do, I started out for fun too, that was so long ago, that now I don't remember HOW long ago.
if you can stop, do so, it's not fun when you wake up in the morning and can't breathe.

3-4 per day isn't much, you should probably try to quit while your not a heavy smoker. i mean if you want. not trying to give advice where it's not wanted. anyway. i started smoking when i was 19 i'm now 24. i started just for somthing to do when all my friends went out for a smoke at the bar. then i started smoking half a pack a day. i quit when i was pregnant.but i have now started smoking occationalally again. i'm trying to quit i'm down to one or two a day.

I smoke, I started when I was 11 because my friends were doing it. I have been smoking for 17 years now. If you can quit now, its not so easy when you smoke a pack and a half a day. I prefer Camels
