External wall to baby sleep room in nursery

Existing construction of 102.5mm brickwork to be upgraded with timber stud and insulation with vapour barrier between insulation and wall and synthaproof to brickwork. How thick insulation will be required as wall area only 2.5m x 2.5m all other walls internal area of room 2.5m x 5m. Roof is profiled metal sheet with composite insulation sandwich. Details to prevent water/damp ingress at base of wall
