Are you the of a person who counts on anyones mistakes and not recognizing the good things they make. I have an officemate whose attitude is like is he is very much older than me. he used to look for mistakes i'm doing and then criticize me... i just ignored him

That's the best thing to do.. just ignored him or better yet talk to him seriously. Ask him why he treats you like that. I'm sure if you talk heart to heart things will run smoothly. You need to ok because you see each other everyday. hehehe
