American Idols on Larry King Live! What's your opinion?

Last night I was watching Larry King Live. They had on Reuben, Ace, Kelly Pickler, and Ace. They also had a few contestants who were told they were awful including the guy with the high pitched voice.I forget his name but he told the judges that he learned to sing from Randy and Paula's DVD. When they asked him how he did at his audition, he just cracked up. Was he on drugs are something? I don't like the idea of putting people from the first tryouts on shows like Larry King. They were not through to the next round, and that should be our last memory of them. I did like Sherman's voice and the story behind why he tried out for American Idol. It was very touching.
