Wholesome food during pregnancy?  | |  I am pregnant and this happens to be my first pregnancy. Whenever I meet some elders or older people,everyone ends up showering their advices of Do's and Dont's on what to eat and what to avoid eating,which food contains proteins,iron,folic acid, etc. I get tensed up and get tensed, thinking if I have missed on any important nutrients. Can anyone suggest me any recipe or recipes that would be the best,containg all the required nutrients and in essential quantity?
